1. OUR EXPERIENCE IN ACQUIRING FUNDS FROM EUROPEAN FOUNDATIONS GRANTS

Since the year 2000, we are performing projects in the framework of European pre-accession funds, and from 2004 we are performing projects in the framework of structural funds.

Since July 4th, 2004, the KarStanS Company have been working as an accredited service provider in the framework of the European Union's program: "Enterprise Development Program" and the "Exporting Enterprise Development Program", implemented by the Polish Enterprise Development Agency. We have performed counseling services for the SAPARD Program, especially in the scope of Activity 1, Activity 2 and Activity 4. We have been performing projects directed at grant awarding, especially for grants required for supporting new investment and horizontal aid, in the framework of public foundations' funds. We have also developed projects applying for financial support of an investment through preferred loans.

The newest Projects performed by us, in the framework of acquiring grants from the funds of the European Union regard:

1. European Fund for Regional Developement;
2. Phare Programs - Investment Grant Funds;
3. European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development;
4. The Norwegian Finance Mechanism and the EEA Financial Mechanisms.

A team of employees of KarStanS is prepared to service all European Funds, launching in succession, while the company itself is an accredited service provider.

A major portion of European Fund financing applications prepared by KarStarS Ltd. as commissioned by their clients, received funding.

3.  OUR EXPERIENCE IN ECONOMY AND FINANCE COUNSELING
1. Analysis of companies' economical -financial situations and money management within a company;

• Appraisal and prognosis for mutual dependency, the increase of sales, liquidity, working capital requirement and especially appraisal of working capital in companies which are planning investments or the increase of sales;
• Financial flow analysis and modelling, dependent on mutual relations in capital groups;
• Balance, profit and loss accounting and financial flows modelling and prognosis on the basis of current company analysis and its development (controlling);
•  Financial flow modelling in the framework of sales networks;
• Analysis of profitability threshold, profit sensitivity, activity safety margin both in current view scope and in prognosis.
